Together, we will visit homes that meet your specifications. In the event that there is not a property currently available that fulfills your expectations, we will continue the search daily. You will receive updates from us whenever a new listing comes on the market that meets your criteria. We want our clients to have the first purchase opportunities on new listings.
You’ve finally found your dream home, now what? We will prepare an offer of purchase on the property you choose. Our experience helps us to cover all the small details in the purchase and negotiation process. We will be sure all loose ends are tied tightly and that you get a fair deal in the end.
Before you finalize the purchase of your new home, you will want to be sure the home is inspected and its condition and quality is approved by a certified inspector. You will also want to be sure the home is free of termites and radon. We will coordinate these appointments and any follow-ups that may be needed.
Once again, our 30 plus years of experience has allowed us to build great relationships with closing attorneys/title companies. I will be sure that all documents are provided to your closing attorney and will be present at the closing to be sure everything goes smoothly and as planned.
